A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time a saddle is ordered and the 80% balance is due when saddle is started. Your saddle is usually shipped in 10-14 days on average after it is started. All Freedom Saddles are custom saddles and as such can not be returned. Saddles will be shipped UPS Ground unless other arrangements are made.
