Freedom Saddles are custom saddles and as such are non-refundable. If you are not certain about your fit or comfort, please contact Freedom Saddle about their Fitting Kit and seat options. Freedom Saddle is committed to the proper fit and comfort of gaited horses, and we do everything reasonable to achieve that goal with your understanding that when all else fails arrangements can be made to help with the resale of your saddle. This information is in all literature and by giving us your credit card information or check with shipping information you are acknowledging you have read and understand this policy. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time a saddle is ordered and the 80% balance is due when saddle is started. Your saddle is usually shipped in 10-14 days on average after it is started. All Freedom Saddles are custom saddles and as such cannot be returned. Saddles will be shipped Fed Ex.
